Job Brief

Bishnoi Dental Care is looking for an experienced and responsible MDS doctor to lead advanced clinical treatments and support overall patient care quality. This role is for someone who takes ownership of cases, values ethical decision-making, and understands that long-term patient trust matters more than quick wins. You’ll handle complex procedures, guide junior doctors when needed, and help maintain strong clinical standards across the practice. We want a clinician who is confident in their expertise, calm under pressure, and serious about doing dentistry the right way.

Requirements

• Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in the relevant speciality from a recognised institution
• Valid State Dental Council registration
• Strong command over diagnosis, treatment planning, and speciality-specific procedures
• Ability to independently manage complex and referral cases
• Experience in mentoring or guiding BDS doctors is a strong plus
• Strict adherence to sterilisation, safety, and infection control protocols
• Clear, honest communication with patients regarding treatment options and outcomes
• Patient-first approach with a high level of professionalism and ethics
• Commitment to continuous learning and clinical improvement
• Prior clinical experience in a private practice or hospital setting is preferred
