Job Brief

Bishnoi Dental Care is looking for a reliable and attentive Chair Side Assistant to support our doctors during daily clinical procedures. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, and it directly impacts patient comfort and treatment efficiency. You’ll be responsible for preparing the operatory, assisting during procedures, and ensuring smooth patient flow. We need someone who is alert, organized, and genuinely cares about maintaining hygiene and patient comfort. This is not a passive role. Attention, responsibility, and consistency matter here.

Requirements

• Basic qualification in dental assisting or relevant healthcare training is preferred
• Understanding of chair-side assisting, instrument handling, and clinical setup
• Knowledge of sterilisation procedures and infection control protocols
• Ability to assist doctors during dental procedures efficiently
• Good communication skills to handle patients calmly and respectfully
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to manage routine clinical tasks independently
• Willingness to learn new procedures and follow clinic protocols strictly
• Ability to work in a team and handle a busy clinic environment
• Prior experience in a dental clinic is an advantage, but motivated freshers are welcome
