Bishnoi Dental Care is looking for a dedicated and skilled BDS doctor to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, values ethical dentistry, and believes in treating patients like people, not cases. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, building patient trust, and working closely with our team to maintain clinical standards and patient satisfaction. We’re not looking for shortcuts or show-off dentistry. We want consistency, responsibility, and genuine care for patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognised dental college
• Valid State Dental Council registration
• Strong fundamentals in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient communication
• Ability to perform routine dental procedures confidently and independently
• Clear understanding of sterilisation protocols and infection control
• Good chairside manners with a patient-first mindset
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team
• Honesty, discipline, and ethical clinical practice are non-negotiable
• Prior clinical experience is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong basics are welcome
